Hunter McConathy is a 2019 RHP with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Aledo, TX who attends Aledo HS. Large frame with solid present build. Primary righthanded pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch, crossfire delivery as a result of closed-off landing, creates plane from tight high three quarters slot, fastball worked 75-79 mph with flashes of good arm side life. Fastball has heaviness to it. Showed curveball with 11/5 shape and decent depth, can occasionally tighten it up and give it more of a slider look, did a good job of mixing and matching while throwing consistent strikes. Good student.
