Ethan Beierle is a 2020 RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Louisville, KY who attends St. Xavier HS. Recorded a 7.09 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and projectable frame with significant room to add strength. Primary righthanded pitcher with a long, loose arm stroke and a short, online stride down the mound. Fastball comes out of the hand nicely with some arm speed to project upon. Fastball topped out at 84 mph and works the zone nicely. High leg lift with some coil around the backside and finishes well with good separation. Some effort at finish and flashes some cut on the fastball; showed a breaking ball with some semblance of shape and projects. Arm strength played from secondary position of the outfield. Righthanded hitter with a spread open stance, hanging leg lift trigger into the load, and an inside swing path. Gap to gap approach at present with the best power coming to the opposite field. Good student.
