Sam Boswell is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Paideia High School. Extra-large frame, lean, strong build, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and continue to add strength. Posted a 7.38 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, online delivery, longer arm action, lower three quarter arm slot, slight crossfire element, and stayed tall through backside. Generated good deception to delivery with a large leg raise and deeper hip turn. Late hand separation with limited lower half down the mound. Fastball worked 78-83 mph with low effort. Slider showed 10/4 shape with good depth and sweep. Was effectively wild and pitched well. Will continue to improve with additional lower half drive to the plate. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
