Jason Otis is a 2018 OF/ with a 6-2 188 lb. frame from West Palm Beach, FL who attends St Andrew's HS. Tall, lean, athletic build with room to fill and physically mature also runs well for his size. In the outfield he gets behind the ball with momentum, good fielding position, worked through the ball and threw accurately to the bag. At the plate he has a square stance and simple mechanics. Starts the swing with gather to rear leg, stride separates to strong launch position, with a quick lower half. Bat speed is there, made good contact to all fields and showed power when on time. Great student.
