Wyatt Morgan is a 2019 3B/C, 2B with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Bettendorf, IA who attends Pleasant Valley. Medium frame with an athletic build. Projects for additional strength with continued physical maturity. Ran a 7.83 sixty-yard dash. Primary third baseman, aggressive footwork while surrounding the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling out front. Works through transitions with smooth, quick exchanges. Flashed good range to each side with athletic actions. Released from a three-quarters arm slot producing on line carry across the infield topping at 78 miles per hour. Left handed hitter with an upright, open stance. Generates big shift into contact with linear lower half. Swung with extreme intent to drive the baseball on a leveraged plane through extension. Shows present bat speed with good jump off the barrel when working to the pull side gap. Tools will continue to develop with maturity and repetition. Good student as well.
