Domenik Cervantes is a 2022 C/RHP with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Pacoima, CA who attends Crespi Carmelite. He ran a 7.69 second sixty. A primary catcher with a thick stocky build. Behind the plate he gains ground into his throws from a square stance, his throws showed good carry with average arm strength, he recorded a 2.02 section pop time with a decent release and accurate throws. In the outfield he fields it off the back foot and carries his momentum into his throws nicely, the arm action is shorter with a low crow hop and solid arm strength on his throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a hanging leg lift trigger, the barrel works steep into the zone with his weight stuck on the back side, the barrel is quick in and out of the zone and has room for more extension through contact.
