Peter Fall is a 2019 OF/MIF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Obra D. Tompkins. Medium build, lean and athletic frame. Ran a 7.00 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, fluid to the baseball breaking down to gather, quick and easy exchange, carries weight and momentum well into release, good carry on throws with accuracy. Also pitched, short rocker step to a high leg kick, stays tall on backside and gathers well at the balance, good line and direction towards the plate carrying momentum to the plate, works with good tempo, loose arm action to a 3/4 arm slot, developing arm speed at this time. Created some plane on the fastball, filled up the strike zone to both sides of the plate and challenged the inner half, should develop an offspeed pitch for added effectiveness. Good student.
