Jarrad Rettler is a 2018 OF/RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Kaukauna, WI who attends Kaukauna HS. Rettler has a lean build with room to fill out and add strength. Hits from a slightly open stance. Slight weight shift into swing with a rotational lower half. Shows good hand quickness and direct path to the ball with lift in swing. Has developing bat speed. Makes consistent contact working the middle of the field. Defensively, primary OF, takes good routes to the ball, high energy with good footwork. Fields ball out front, has short arm action with accurate throws. Also pitches, extended 3/4 arm slot, long arm action with good extension, works down hill with minimal effort. Curveball showed 11/5 shape with developing spin and break. Excellent Student.
