Anthony Esposito is a 2018 2B/SS with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Andover, NJ who attends Lenape Val Regional. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build; body projects well. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.06 seconds. Sets up to hit with high back elbow and high hand set, narrow base with upright stance, short and quick stroke with line drive swing plane, does a good job shifting weight into swing for the most part, strikes the ball squarely out front on a line and will use all fields. Will drive the ball better with continued strength gains. Worked out defensively in the infield, fields out front cleanly and moves to the ball well with good balance, quick steps with some range to both sides, transfers cleanly and throws accurately across the diamond, topped at 78 MPH across. Excellent student.
