Cooper Gardner is a 2019 C/RHP, OF, 3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Oakley, CA who attends Clayton Valley Charter School. Recorded a 7.11 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with present strength and physicality to the frame. Primary catcher with a short and tight arm action. Gains short ground and gets on top of the ball well. Compact set with good athleticism. Could see to get more lower half involved in delivery. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Very spread stance and stays short to the ball with an uphill plane. Works to all fields with some strength off the barrel. Looking to lift the ball and the hand path to contact is indicative of that. Great student.
