Anthony Pron is a 2019 RHp with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Mullica Hill, NJ who attends Clearview High School. Large, athletic build with broad shoulders and present physical strenght proportioned well throughout frame. Ran a 5.43 40-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, begins with a short side step moving into a high leg lift at balance point; remains balanced well throughout and incorporates lower half well. Over-the-head windup before breaking into a full arm action through the back side before working to a high three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 85 mph and did a nice job of attacking hitters, some effort at release but gets on top of ball nicely. Worked mostly arm side, would occasionally get mistimed at release. Curveball showed tight break and 11-5 shape up to 73 mph and also flashed a changeup at 76 mph. Excellent student.
