Gabriel Santellan is a 2021 C/IF with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Antonian College Prep. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.30 seconds. Hits from athletic-based stance, low leg lift trigger, hands separate well, swings it hard with good intent, middle-field approach that he times up well, line drive plane, showed good contact skills with projection. Worked out behind the plate, sets well, shows flex in hips, receives cleanly and transitions out of crouch with good footwork, clocked up to 66 mph on throws.
