Brayden Moore is a 2020 SS/MIF, OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Talking Rock, GA who attends Pickens County. Large frame that project really well moving forward. Ran a 6.69 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, moved to the baseball with long stride, fields the baseball out in front with playable hands rounding off the ball nicely, makes a quick funnel into his release with good arm strength, topped out at 89 mph across the diamond. Also pitched, simple and repeatable delivery staying online and balanced throughout, compact arm action up to an over the top arm slot, plenty of arm speed combined with arm strength to produce a best fastball of 88 mph, mixed in a curveball with tight spin, raw on the mound currently with some potential at the position with additional reps. Righthanded hitter, upright stance with a high hand set to start, compact swing with a downhill swing plane, present bat speed and jump off of his barrel when squared, line drive approach with good execution, has the tools to work with at the plate and will be an even higher level hitter with minor adjustments to the swing.
