Ramses Cordova is a 2020 SS/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Timber Creek HS. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.26 runner, has very polished actions in the middle infield, sure hands, comes and gets the ball aggressively and has quick feet and athletic balance, makes accurate throws, arm strength may be better suited for second base, plays defense with confidence. Right handed hitter, shows the same type of polish with the bat, very consistent load and timing, fluid swing, has some bat speed with more to come as he gets stronger, works the middle of the field and the gaps. Also pitched, worked from the stretch with a long stride down the mound, high 3/4's arm slot, gets on top of the ball well. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, did not observe a secondary pitch. Good student.
