Owen Paino is a 2024 SS/OF with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Poughkeepsie, NY who attends Roy C Ketcham. Tall build with extreme physical projection that should continue to add good strength as he matures. Ran a 6.91 in the sixty yard dash. A primary short stop, really easy mover that has good range to both sides. Solid glove with a an approach that is under control with adjustability. The body control is impressive and he combines that with a very good throwing arm, 92 mph across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield and worked through the ball with big arm strength, 95 mph. A left-handed hitter, balanced in the box with a loose and quick swing that creates whip. Loft potential and massive power profile has he develops. Highest level tools on both sides of the ball. Excellent student and committed to Ole Miss. Named to the PG All-American Classic.
