Masen Schechterle is a 2021 3B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Brophy College Prep. Lanky and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, has good strength in his hands and can get some pop and carry off the barrel, has simple and repeatable swing mechanics that maximize square barrel contact, hits under control with some late explosion at the ball, good game swings. 7.28 runner, has polished footwork through the ball and fields the ball cleanly with soft hands, is athletically balanced, some arm strength across the diamond. Plays like a young man who has plenty of repetitions and takes the game seriously. Good student.
