Giancarlo Lopez is a 2017 OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Salinas, PR who attends Colegio San Antonio. Medium athletic build with good present strength. 7.34 runner, long and loose arm action in the outfield, makes soft accurate throws, can work through the ball more aggressively for additional arm strength. Right handed hitter, upper half rotational swing, gets good extension at times and showed some gap power, tends to pull off his front side early in his swing and lose use of his strength. Good student.
