Andrew Cloer is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Knoxville, TN who attends Bearden HS. Recorded a 7.38 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with plenty of room to fill out and add strength. Primary shortstop whose hands work well with a loose and projectable arm stroke. Gets on top of throws and creates some carry on arm strength recorded up to 73 mph across the diamond. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a high leg lift and three-quarters arm slot. Smooth mechanics with a long arm stroke. Gets good downhill plane and showed a curveball with 12/6 shape. Good extension on the fastball and has late life out of the hand. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Quick hands and gets hips moving forward. Loft to the swing plane with a low effort stroke. Shifts well and strides online with a direct path to contact. Good student.
