William Frank is a 2016 RHP with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Grand Island, NY who attends St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute. Lean athletic build with room to fill out. Pitches from a 3/4 slot with good arm speed. Will open early at times and push ball, but when on time and on top of ball it comes out clean with life at plate. Fastball was up to 91 and spotted well to both sides of the plate with it. Curveball has 11/5 shape with good tight rotation and flashed depth. Quality two pitch mix with fastball and curveball.
