Tyler Henrich is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Venus, TX who attends Venus. Medium frame with a slender and athletic build. Ran a 7.38 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Deliberate footwork when closing to the ball. Clean transitions into a long arm action in the back. Over the top release on throws with slight carry topping out at 79 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance and short leg lift trigger for timing. Shifts into contact with speed in hands. Swings the bat with intent working contact to the pull side of the field. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a full wind up delivery. Long and loose arm action in the back into an over the top arm slot. Short stride down the mound landing slightly open with effort at release. Straight fastball topping out at 76 miles per hour. Will occasionally mix in a curveball in the low 60's. Good student as well.
