2016 Rocky Mountain Showcase
Zach Paschke is a 2018 SS/2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Highlands Ranch, CO who attends Mountain Vista HS. Smaller frame with a athletic build and wiry strength. Shows a straight, balanced stance and aggressive stride while at the plate. Handled the barrel well with a compact swing path that shows natural loft. Looks to lift the baseball with a gap to gap approach. Presently shows the ability to drive the ball to all fields, but will continue to improve with physical maturity. Worked out defensively from the infield showings smooth actions while working through ground balls. Very soft hands with good glove stills while ranging to both sides. Quick glove to hand exchanges and get the baseball out very quickly. Also ran a 6.94 sixty-yard dash. Good tools that will continue to develop with future strength. Good student as well.
