Tobias Motley is a 2023 SS/OF with a 5-5 110 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Cypress Ranch. Young, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable frame; plenty of time to grow and develop physically moving forward. Ran 7.87 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, fields the ball out front, takes long strides going up the middle, funnels into a compact arm action through the back, gets on top of throws with extra steps through release, arm strength and carry will continue to develop on throws with physicality. Righthanded hitter, begins with a square stance in the box and utilizes a contact oriented approach at the plate. Short shift through lower half moving into contact, stays inside the baseball and remains compact and short with overall swing. Works the middle and opposite parts of the field, occasionally gets late to front side early with shift.
