Chandler Mason is a 2020 OF/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Pueblo West, CO who attends Pueblo West. Very nice athletic body, has good present strength for a freshman with plenty more to come. Left handed hitter, spread stance with a pull back load, has a huge hand hitch and hand cock to start his swing, will need to tone this down as the game speeds up, generates very good raw bat speed for his age and has the ability to impact the ball hard when timed. Aggressive to the ball in the outfield with athletic actions and some developing arm strength. Also pitched, busy delivery with lots of moving parts, extended 3/4's arm slot with a smooth arm action. Almost all fastballs, topped out at 78 mph. Definitely has the tools to hit if he can adjust his load. Very good student.
