Eric Harding is a 2020 RHP/2B with a 5-8 185 lb. frame from Leavenworth, KS who attends Leavenworth. Strong compact build. Works from the far first base side of the rubber, gets a bit cross body at landing, simple turn and throw delivery with low hands throughout. Change up was his best pitch this outing, showed good arm speed and nice sinking action. Curveball had some depth and he landed it well once he got a feel for it. Fastball topped out at 79 mph, mostly straight. Command was much better from the wind up than the stretch. Key to his development and success will be throwing more strikes with his fastball and maintaining consistent mechanics. Good student.
