2004 Underclass National Showcase
Brian Dillon -- Dillon is a smaller framed young sophomore infielder whose age could very easily place him in the freshman class. He hits from a narrow no load, no stride approach at the plate. Dillon was aggressive swinging the bat in games and made consistent contact but the wood bat is a bit heavy for him right now, as one would expect. Added strength and physical maturity will help Dillon’s quickness and arm strength as well. Brian's best years are ahead of him and he’s a top student.
