Jonathan Kussie is a 2020 3B/RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Bainbridge Island, WA who attends Bainbridge HS. Big and very athletic build for his age, has some present strength. Right handed hitter, exaggerated open stance, deep hands in his load creates length, constructed swing but he has some strength and the beginnings of some bat speed, should continue to improve. Showed good hands on defense and charged the ball well, arm strength and release still developing. Also pitched, short arm action, pitches hunched over after a high leg kick start, fastball topped out at 75 mph, soft curveball with occasional depth, threw strikes. Young athlete with good strength and plenty of time to learn skills. Good student.
