Miguel Perez is a 2016 SS with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, SD who is Home Schooled. Long torso and lean athletic build, lots of physical projection, 15 years old. 7.20 runner, has easy footwork in the infield, light on his feet with long strides, can get long in his actions at times, stays down on the ball well and has soft hands at the ball, natural infield actions, plenty of arm strength. Also played the outfield. Right handed hitter, busy load with lots of moving parts prior to his swing, late deep load, long and loose swing, has solid bat speed, and is very projectable, especially with his future power. International free agent.
