Jarrod Marifiote is a 2018 1B/OF with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Framingham, MA who attends Framingham High School. Medium frame, large, compact build, strength, room to refine frame further, and physicality throughout. Posted a 7.14 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary first basemen, showed a longer arm action, accurate throws to the bag, and developing arm strength with throws. At the plate, started open and utilized a toe tap timing mechanism. Deeper weight shift on to backside with a timing oriented swing. Compact and short to the ball up the middle and to pull side. Has strength in frame to drive the ball with a linear plane through the zone.
