Jeramy Ross is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Gresham, OR who attends Gresham HS. Medium-large frame with athletic present build and good room to continue filling out. Posted a 7.30 seconds 60 yard dash. Medium-length arm action up to mid three quarters slot, slight crossfire in delivery, arm speed is good with quickness and whip. Fastball worked 78-81 and touched 82, can get FB to both sides of the plate with good angle. Solid life to arm side. Showed slider with good, sharp tilting break. Good athlete, good pick off move. Shows very loose, quick wrists when hitting, good hand speed with line drive swing plane. Jumps at the ball a bit due to aggressive approach, but shows ability to hit hard liners to all fields. Worked out defensively in the outfield, showing quick footwork to the ball and solid overall fielding actions. Solid arm strength up to 79 MPH. Very good student.
