Kyle Amendt is a 2018 RHP/MIF, 3B with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Pleasantville, IA who attends Pleasantville High School. Amendt has a lean build with room to fill out. Loose easy arm action to a 3/4 arm slot. Smooth online delivery to release point. Fastball is mostly straight with occasional arm side run, does get down hill with fastball. Curveball had 11/5 rotation and shape with big break. Hit from a square stance, has short load and small weight transfer, has pull approach, has plenty of room to add strength which will improve power. Defensively, good hip bend fielding the ball, sure actions to ball. Good student.
