2015 Atlantic Coast Underclass Showcase
Kameron Reynolds is a 2017 OF/MIF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Cherryville, NC who attends Lincoln Charter. Medium frame with slender, athletic build and good room to fill out. Ran well, posting a 7.03 seconds 60 yard dash time. Hits from slightly barred start, shows short and quick swing, opposite field approach with solid bat to ball skills and overall feel for the barrel. Best contact was on a line up the middle; mostly line drive swing plane throughout, better jump off barrel will come with additional strength gains. Worked out defensively both in OF and IF. Moves quickly to ball in the OF, stops momentum to field but stays balanced, shows quality arm strength to both 3B and home with OF velocity up to 81 MPH. Quick feet, good range to both sides in the IF; plants well and shows quick release, consistently accurate throws across to 1B up to 75 MPH. Very good student.
