Joshua Hinkle is a 2008 OF with a 6'1'', 180 lb. frame from Cape Coral FL, who attends Bishop Verot. Joshua has a good young athletic body. Joshua has arm strength and throws with a short arm arch. His release is clean and has good athletic actions and approaches to the ball. Joshua starts his swing with a weight shift to his front foot. He swings on a downward plane with a short quick bat path. Joshua has bat speed late in his swing and has good hand strength. Joshua has good power with much more power potential as his swing develops. With some minor adjustments at the plate, Joshua has the potential to develop into a high level hitter. Joshua is a good young follow and is a good student.
