Isaias Colon is a 2019 3B/2B with a 5-9 135 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends Herbert H Lehman. Medium frame with slender, compact build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.11 seconds. Sets up to hit from open stance, wraps hands back into load, quickness to hands through swing, rotational lower half mechanics, line drive swing plane with whole-field approach and execution, shows good feel for the barrel overall with contact-oriented swing. Worked out in the infield, good footwork with range to both sides and quick feet, hands work well, quick release across the diamond, clocked up to 70 mph on throws. Good student.
