Brett Jackson is a 2017 RHP with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Manvel, TX who attends Glenda Dawson HS. Has a large frame, mature build, and present strength in body. Posted a 7.87 second sixty yard dash. On the mound, has a steady pace to delivery with good tempo. Throws from an over the top arm slot with long arm action through the back. He does a nice job staying online and getting downhill plane to the plate. Fastball showed late life and works well down in the zone. Curveball has 12/5 shape with solid depth and bite. Changeup fades away arm side, cutter throws hitters timing off nicely. Repeats delivery well, pounds the strike zone consistently. Good student.
