Cody Pike is a 2019 OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Tyler, TX who attends Lindale HS. Large frame with a strong frame and square shoulders. Ran a 7.24 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Works through the ball well with some athleticism in footwork. Tight release from a short arm action. Keeps the ball low to the ground and very accurate. Throws topping out at 88 miles per hour during workouts. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set. Strong hands through swing and strength helps get carry under the ball. Middle of the field approach with line drive contact. Loud of the barrel when squared.
