Benjamin Barber is a 2006 1B/3B from Cambridge Rindge HS in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a very good 6'1"/185 pound frame. He has a solid arm from first base at 70 mph. Barber showed goos hands in the field and also soft hands around the first base bag. As a right handed hitter, he hits from a wide base at the plate with a relaxed stance. Benjamin has a no stride approach with quick hands. He makes consistent contact at the plate and is a line drive hitter. Barber is also a very good student.
