Eric Nakano is a 2020 3B/1B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Chula Vista, CA who attends Bonita Vista HS. large frame with a solid build and and square shoulders. Worked out defensively as a primary third baseman. Stays low through the ball with a funnel out front. Deliberate footwork to the ball. Clean exchange into a three-quarters arm slot. Softer carry that stays accurate topping out at 76 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a spread stance and high back elbow set. Rotational upper half in swing. Finishes high with an uphill swing. Pull side approach with some strength in swing. Very good student as well.
