Evan Glass is a 2017 C/OF with a 5-9 162 lb. frame from Yorktown, VA who attends Tabb High School. Younger look, lean, slender build and frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.29 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddle start, very quick release, and a strong arm up to 79 mph. Posted a workout pop time of 1.93. At the plate, started with an open stance, medium hand set, and a toe tap timing mechanism. Line drive swing plane, positive launch angle, and an all fields approach. Limited lower half in swing with developing ability to match plane. Consistency in swing plane and lower half torque would lead to improved contact.
