Ty Marsh is a 2017 OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends North Broward Prep. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary outfielder compact, deliberate footwork while closing to and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions while work through pick up with smooth transfers. Deeper arm circle back at separation and released on an uphill plane generating some carry to the bag, topped at 74 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a narrow stance and toe tap trigger. Hands stays compact to body at load and launch on a direct path to contact. Barrel comes through the zone on a line drive plane through extension. Flashed occasional bat speed through the zone with the barrel feel to work the baseball to all fields. Outstanding student.
