Joseph Kwaak is a 2018 3B/1B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Naugatuck, CT who attends Naugatuck. Large frame with strong, sturdy present build and remaining projection on frame. Posted a 7.56 seconds 60 yard dash time. Hits with mechanical leg lift timing mechanism, shows solid bat speed with slightly downhill swing path, mostly line drive contact, generates solid bat speed due to natural strength, hands work well in swing, shows solid jump off the barrel with projectable overall hitting and power tools. Worked out defensively during drills in the infield. Waits back on the ball well and fields anything hit at him cleanly, methodical gather and transfer but clean throughout, very quick release with high 3/4 slot arm action, throws accurately across the diamond with throws topping at 71 MPH.
