Alex Williams is a 2020 SS/2B with a 5-10 172 lb. frame from Merrimack, NH who attends Bishop Guertin. Medium frame with strong, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.36 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, rocks back into load, hands stay stagnant, hands launch from higher position, extends well through contact, barrel works upwards to point of contact, has strength and shows it to pull side gap, solid overall hitting tools. Worked out in the infield, good range to both sides with balance, glove plays well out front, keeps feet underneath him, solid carry on throws clocked up to 79 mph across the diamond.
