Jack Mangan is a 2020 SS/C with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Plymouth Meeting, PA who attends Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. Incredibly young player, medium build and frame, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.25 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, fielded the ball out front and used a short arm action with energetic actions. Moved well up the middle and changed slots while on the move. At the plate, started with a tall stance, wide base, high back elbow, high hand set, and a quick toe tap timing mechanism. Line drive swing plane and will flash hand quickness through the zone. Longer hand path to the ball with developing feel for timing.
