Dylan Morris is a 2019 RHP/1B, 2B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Fayetteville, GA who attends Whitewater. Large build, long and wiry frame, projectable with plenty of room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.21 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, starts tall on his back side before collapsing the top half to get to his submarine arm slot, shows good sinking movement on his fastball, slider comes from a similar tunnel as his fastball before its sweeping action. Also took reps at first baseman, moves well into gather, clean exchange to throws, low arm angle with a short arm action and accurate throws to the bag. Switch hitter, open stance with a high hand set and high back elbow from both sides, front leg coil into leg lift trigger from the left side, downhill swing plane with a some looseness to hands from the left, hits the ball out front with consistent barrel skills from the left, inside swing path from the right with some rotational actions, better showing from the left side. Good student.
