Griffin Henry is a 2020 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 6-1 172 lb. frame from Lee's Summit, MO who attends Lee's Summit West. Large frame with solid, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.73 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, longer limbs help to create leverage off of front side, gets barrel moving and generates good bat speed, pull-middle field approach, has good bat-to-ball skills overall, shifts weight well into contact and creates some pop, projects well for future power as well. Worked out in the infield, quick first step lines the ball up well, advanced hand actions out front with smoothness, quick transfer and release, clocked up to 81 mph across the diamond. Named to 2018 National Underclass West Top Prospect List, good student.
