Tyler Glasgow is a 2023 1B/RHP with a 5-11 187 lb. frame from Austell, GA who attends Allatoona. Medium frame with a stocky type build. Strong lower half visible. Ran a 7.90 second sixty yard dash. Primary First Baseman, showing clean footwork as he works to and through the baseball athletically. Gathers out front and then gets the baseball out of hand with urgency. Was accurate to his target with carry to throws. Threw it 79 mph during drills across the diamond. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with a balanced delivery as he flashed a slower tempo during his operation. Longer arm circle in the back and then delivers from a three-quarter slot. Fastball flashed some cut to it as he ran it up to 75 mph. Mixed in a slider with late sweep to it in the mid-60's. Mixed in a depthy breaking ball as well. Was consistently around the zone and missed barrels. Right-Handed Hitter, starting open with high hands. Transfers weight forward upon stride and then utilized a downhill swing path. Hand strength showing as he looks to drive the baseball gap to gap. Good Student.
