Trey Brown is a 2017 2B/OF with a 5-7 148 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends School For The Talented And Gifted. Athletic build with broad shoulders. Hits from a square stance, small leg lift trigger, short swing plane to ball with solid pull side contact. Has solid approach and sees ball well out of hand. Shows good bat speed with line drive swing plane. Ran a 6.89 sixty and speed plays better in games with great instincts on bases. Defensively, a lot of fast twitch muscle, has quick release, will get a little out of control and force some things but defensive tools are there to develop. Named to Top Prospect List and Team at the South Underclass.
