Bo Anderson is a 2018 1B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Wilmington, DE who attends Tower Hill. Large, athletic build with a long and young frame with room to fill out with strength as he continues to develop. Ran a 7.49 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, moves well off the bag, solid footwork with a quick pivot on throws, fields well out front, short arm action on throws across with arm strength that will continue to develop. Also pitched, throws from a three-quarter arm slot and repeats mechanics well. Fills up the zone with a three-pitch mix, fastball topped at 71 mph, maintains arm action on changeup well. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and a high hand set. Long swing coming through the zone, line drive swing plane with consistent contact and feel for the barrel. Generates nice bat speed through the zone with contact to the middle and pull side parts of the field consistently, can go to opposite field.
