Jack Hallowell is a 2017 C/OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Bryn Mawr, PA who attends Haverford HS. Young, athletic, lean frame with room to get stronger with maturity. Ran a 5.03 40 yard dash. Shows a quick release from behind the plate and makes accurate throws. Shows solid arm strength and receives well. Also flashed solid outfield arm strength and shows athletic movements charging the baseball. Bats right-handed, works from a wide base and carries his hands low. Hits line drives to the middle of the field and the ball comes off his bat well. Excellent student.
