Avery Nork is a 2016 RHP/ with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Reno, NV who attends Reno. Medium build with athleticism. Stays balanced and online in easy delivery with slight hip coil. Long, loose arm action with small hook, working to a high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball up to 80 mph, solid armspeed, pitches seem to jump on hitters as he's able to hide ball well. Mixes in three offspeed pitches in a low-70s slider that flashes good tilt, a mid-60s curveball with 12-6 break and good depth, and a fading changeup. Ability to throw entire arsenal for strikes and mix pitches. Very good student.
