Jeremy Rivera is a 2018 LHP with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends Puerto Rico BB Academy. Medium athletic build with some present strength. Slow paced delivery with a pause over the rubber, extended 3/4's arm slot, can get more lower half into his delivery. Fastball topped out at 86 mph, gets nice arm side running action at times, gets ground balls when his arm is on time and working low in the zone with his sinker. Short effective slider gets off barrels well. Throws strikes with a softer curveball with some 1/7 depth to it. Has good pitchability and the pitches to get next level hitters out with more consistency.
